On this page, you’ll learn about the Home Page in Moz Local and the insights it can provide about your business.

Getting Started

The Home Page of your Moz Local account is where you’ll find high-level insights into your business’s online presence. There are a few ways you can access the Home Page for your account.

  • If you are managing a single location, you can use the Home tab at the top of the screen

  • If you are managing multiple locations and would like to see insights for all your locations, you can access this data via the Home button in the left-hand navigation menu

  • If you are managing multiple locations and would like to see insights for a single location, you can use the Home tab at the top of the screen from that location’s profile.

When viewing the Home Page for multiple locations, you will see an overview of all your locations at the top of the page. This will include:

  • Count of total locations managed
  • Number of cities in which your locations are located
  • Number of countries in which your locations are located
  • A summary of the categories for your managed locations

Both multi-location and single-location views of the Home Page will include the Near Me 360 Badge. This handy widget offers a high-level overview of your performance in a single score. It is calculated using the three pillars of the local customer journey – Get Found, Be Chosen, Drive Loyalty. Hover over the badge to see more information about your performance in each pillar.

Your Business at a Glance

In the Your Business at a Glance section of the Home Page you’ll see cards associated with each of the three pillars of the local customer journey – Get Found, Be Chosen, Drive Loyalty.

  • Get Found – This pillar focuses on visibility. It is all about highly visible, accurate, and complete information, along with information about when and where people are searching for your business and services.
  • Be Chosen – This pillar is about standing out from the competition and appealing to potential customers.
  • Drive Loyalty – This pillar focuses on reputation management and customer experience.

Each card will provide insight into the pillar noted at the bottom left. Click the link on the bottom right to dive deeper into the data. Click Next at the top right to see additional cards associated with each pillar.

Your To-Do List

The final section on the Home Page is your to-do list. This section offers specific, personalized tasks you can complete to improve your online presence and customer experience while also supporting the three pillars noted above.

Each task will include a Do it now link on the bottom right. Click this link to head to the section of the tool where you can complete this action item. The pillars the action supports will be noted with icons in the bottom left corner. Hover for more information.
